植物非腺毛形态发生及其功能研究进展

摘 要:

植物非腺毛是植物外表皮细胞发育形成的无腺体的毛状附属结构, 它存在于许多陆生植物器官表面, 是植物长期进化形成的应对恶劣环境的特殊结构。植物非腺毛的形态和质地各异, 在复杂、多变环境中植物体表非腺毛比腺毛具有更重要的作用。非腺毛的研究还对植物分类和农业应用方面具有重要的参考价值。本文综述了植物非腺毛形态发育过程和功能方面的现有研究进展, 旨在阐明植物非腺毛在应对恶劣环境中发挥的各种生理或生态功能, 为进一步开展植物附属结构的特殊抗逆功能研究提供理论依据。

Advances in morphology and function of plant non-glandular trichomes

Abstract:

Plant trichomes are epidermal hairy non-glandular structure developed by epidermal cells existed in many terrestrial plant surfaces, which are special structures formed by long-term evolution in response to harsh environments. Plant trichomes have various morphologies with different developmental processes. The current study shows that plant non-glandular trichomes play more important roles than glandular trichomes under the complex and changeable environments. In the present review, we attempt to highlight the recent advances in morphology and function of plant non-glandular trichomes. The aim of this review is to illustrate the various biological functions of plant epidermal accessory structures on plant stress tolerance and ecological significance.
